Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours. Keep in mind that all of our cases are made to order, i. e. we start the production only after the order is placed. Standard EU delivery takes around 3–10 business days depending on the country.
The Tough MagSafe version has the same dual-layer protection as the standard Tough case but adds a built-in magnetic ring that aligns with Apple’s MagSafe system. MagSafe is an iPhone-exclusive feature introduced with the iPhone 12, allowing the phone to connect to magnetic chargers and accessories. Because of that, Tough MagSafe cases are available only for iPhone models that support MagSafe. If you use MagSafe chargers, wallets or mounts, the MagSafe version ensures a stronger, faster and more reliable magnetic connection.
Edits or cancellations are possible within 2 hours after the order is placed. The reason for that is all of our products are made to order, i. e. we only produce phone cases after the order is placed, therefore we do not accept returns, unless you receive a faulty case (bad print, wrong delivery, etc.). In order to avoid misunderstandings - please carefully review your order and double-check if you picked a correct phone case!
If the case doesn’t match your order or arrives with a defect, you can request a replacement or refund. Providing photos helps speed up the process.
The Tough case is crafted from a dual-layer design: a rigid polycarbonate outer shell combined with a shock-absorbing TPU inner layer.
